Responsibilities: Supervises, coordinates, & evaluates all operations of the program to meet program goals and objectives, consistent with agency's Strategic Plan Facilitates parenting classes & provides pre-school for children on a daily basis for three hours per day, rotates respite for children 2 and up Conducts parent/child interactive activities including therapeutic play with children Reviews with Emergency Shelter Manager any needs for new programs and/or program modifications Prepares necessary documentation to comply with conditions outlined by agency contractual agreements Represents agency, networks with collaborative community resources & makes Outreach Presentations Attends agency-wide staff meetings and in-services.
