Requirements: A Master's in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Ph.D., or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology Licensure: Licensure in California at the full clinical practice level: (LCSW, MFT or Psychologist) Experience: Two years of full-time, post-licensure clinical experience Eligible for Tier III status Other Skills: Direct experience and thorough knowledge of military and civilian community resources Computer literate DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of the difficulties of adjusting to general life stresses as well as those resulting from the requirements of military life and experience providing short-term counseling for those issues. Demonstrated experience in supervising mental health providers. Knowledge of standard documentation requirements for clinical services. Knowledge of available military and community referral resources appropriate for clients.
