We are currently seeking an Inpatient Counseling Manager for Caritas Norcap Lodge in Foxboro. - Full-time - 40 Hours; Monday-Friday; 7:30a-4:00p - Day shift - Certification Preferred - Licensure Preferred - Supervisory experience is required Job Requirements Qualifications: Advanced degree required, substance abuse /dual diagnosis background and minimum ten years management and clinical experience in an inpatient environment, required. Licensure, addiction certificate, knowledge of provider networks preferred. Job Responsibilities Description of Work: Manage counseling department including:caseloads, scheduling, supervision, regulatory compliance, serve on management team, interdisciplinary team member, personnel matters, in-service coordination, maintain community network relationship, coordinate commitments, group schedule, provide professional leadership.
