Bachelor's Degree Overview: Provides direct service delivery to residents and families and assures quality documentation in resident medical record. Three Springs School services adolescents ages 12 - 18.Will have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to read and interpret educational and clinical assessments. Must possess initiative and judgment capabilities to organize and plan activities. Qualifications: This position will require a Bachelor\'s degree in Social work, Psychology, and Counseling or related discipline. Must have 3 - 5 years direct service delivery in an adolescent residential or hospital setting to include family and group work or equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum of two years supervisory experience. Experience with multidisciplinary team and previous experience with children/adolescents ages 12 - 18 in mental health field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Classification : Exempt
