Dynamic and innovative residential programs need experienced supervisors and residential counselors and overnight counselors committed to helping clients recover from mental illness, as well as addressing behavioral and emotional needs. Essential skills include experience with a strength-based, client-centered milieu, staff supervision, documentation, crisis management, activity planning, leadership and teamwork. Must be available evenings and weekends. Experience with a diverse, multicultural population including LGBTQ desired. Cultural competence highly valued.
