Job Description:
Maintains the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas. Responds to guest calls and team member work orders to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment. Performs a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, HVAC and masonry. Inspects guestrooms, public space and heart-of-the-house for needed and preventive maintenance. Records and reports completed repairs and items that need further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order.'

Job Requirements:
Applicants must have a Minnesota Chief "C" and a 2nd Class "B" Boiler Operators License.
Also, applicants must have stable work history.
