Job Description: Product Support Specialist

As a provider of leased commercial water heaters, conditioners and boilers we ensure that our customers stay in “Hot Water”. This is accomplished by providing timely repair or installation of new equipment. With one call our professionals are ready to help.
As a dynamic and growth oriented company we have an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your professionalism and become a key player on our team. In this high profile role you will report to the VP of Sales.
Job Requirements: Product Support Specialist
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a 2 year Technical degree or equivalent work experience. A demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Excellent research and problem solving abilities coupled with solid communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills. Working knowledge of contact management systems; database software; Internet software and MS Word are a plus.
