The ideal candidate is a proven business development professional within the online community . This position will focused on creating (and closing) sponsorship deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and cultivate leads for sales pipeline
• Cold-calling to set up meetings
• Keep a detailed account of all leads and business
• Negotiate favorable terms on sales proposals/deals
• Sell large dollar sponsorships, product placements and brand integrations (not CPM sales)
• Make quarterly and annual sales goals according to plan
• Provide weekly report to Director, Business Development

Job Requirements:
• Must possess outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience building sales decks in PowerPoint
• College degree
• Track record of success
• Solid understanding of Internet/video advertising metrics and technologies
• 3-4 years sales experience selling advertising
• 2 years online experience
