We have been retained by our client, in their search for a Project Manager II
, this is a Full time 12 month contract role, Located in Albany NY
Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
Mandatory Experience:
1. A Minimum of four (4) years experience as Project Manager in overseeing medium to large scaled projects comprised of sub-projects and distinct deliverables.
2. A minimum of two (2) years direct experience as Project Manager in developing and implementing a centralized server, web browser client system for over 500 users.
3. A minimum of two (2) years direct experience as Project Manager for multi-year software development project of at least $1,000,000
DESIRABLE Experience listed in order of importance:
1. Minimum four (4) years experience with managing project costs, schedule, risk management, subcontracts, requirements definition, quality assurance, testing, software metrics, hardware integration, and implementation.
2. Experience as a Project Manager in overseeing a minimum of two (2) IT project(s) for a health related program with health program related stakeholders. To qualify, each project scope should have had a minimum budget and/or costs of at least $500,000/each. Candidates must indicate project value.
3. Experience as a Project Manager for a minimum of two (2) IT project(s) in New York State involving the integration of data between two or more state agencies. To qualify, the project scope should have had a minimum budget and/or cost of at least $500,000. Candidates must indicate project value.
4. Direct experience with managing a minimum of one (1) project involving the integration of data utilizing a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). To qualify, the project scope should have had a minimum budget and/or cost of at least $500,000. Candidates must indicate project value.
5. Project experience managing a minimum of one (1) project which involves widely geographically dispersed user community To qualify, the project scope should have had a minimum budget and/or cost of at least $500,000. Candidates must indicate project value.
