Job Description:
Our current client is seeking experienced bilingual candidates with collections experience to work at a prestigious law firm in downtown Chicago. The candidate wil be calling a number of people to settle deliquent account issues. Calls average around 200-400 calls per day.

Job Requirements:
The candidate must have great customer service skills, at least two years of collections experience, and experience recieving inbound as well as outbound calls. Our preference are candidates that are bilingual, however it is not mandatory.
