Job Description:
Qualified candidates must also have experience leading conveyance design and. verseeing mid-level design engineers and hydraulic modelers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:?Participate/lead conveyance pursuits for new business development, including participation in proposal development and identification. appropriate sub consultants/teaming partners.?Prepare bid documents.?Prepare Engineers Cost Estimates.?Manage sub consultants as necessary. Job Requirements Candidates must have a BS. r MS degree in civil engineering and a minimum. 15 years professional experience in engineering, including at least 7 years at a senior level and 5 years in managing multi-faceted, multidisciplinary projects. a similar nature. In addition, candidates must have a PE, in the state. Washington. Other requirements include the following: ?Sound knowledge. project design and implementation, as well as financial and project management monitoring and evaluation.?Competence in the use. project management computer based tools such as Constructware, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.?Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
