Assist in ensuring that the Financial Center effectively delivers financial products and services to existing and new customers. Acts as the Financial Center Manager in absence. the manager. AFCMs work in a fast paced environment. An AFCM will function as a liaison among Financial Center (FC) personnel, head. ffice, and. perational support departments. This position ensures that. perational integrity is not compromised. The AFCM will serve as a hands-on trainer for. perational policy and procedures. Additionally, the AFCM will serve as an integral member. the sales team and is also a leader in sales; primarily loan related products and services. Directs and. versees floor management activities.
