Primary. bjectives. this position are: To proactively provide financial management expertise to the. perating division as well as to the corporate financial. rganization To work proactively as a member. the Division Leadership Team and Corporate Financial Team to provide business/financial information and advice To establish an effective and efficient financial. rganization To assist/support the divisional Administrative and Human Resources functions Primary responsibilities: Provide financial assistance to all functional areas as needed Ensure that accounting, control, audit and administrative duties are performed effectively and efficiently Ensure that financial information is accurately developed, analyzed and reported to the appropriate staff members Ensure that divisional financial goals are competently developed/projected Manage, motivate and develop Financial and Administrative staff Ensure that financial policies and procedures are adhered to Provide financial advice and feedback to the Division President in a proactive manner Manage information system issues and resolve problems as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance. r related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred Five years. directly related experience with a home builder Attention to detail Computer literate, skilled in financial software applications and Excel.
