Construction Service Estimator - Cleveland, Ohio (8729)
Candidate must have an Associates Degree or =.
"DODGE" knowledge to estimate construction projects, must be familiar with:
Commercial cost reference manuals for estimating guides which contain unit prices on building construction items. Dodge Manual for Building Construction
Digests of actual projects costs. The Dodge Manual for Building Costs and Specifications provides descriptions of design features and costs of actual projects by building type. Once a week, ENR publishes the bid prices of a project chosen from all types of construction projects.
Construction Projects Include:
Railing, steps, stairways & treads, fence systems, steel security fences, fixed louver fences, welded wire fences, aluminum fence system, gate systems, swing gates, v-wheel roller gates, cantilever gates, railing systems, window guards, sunshades, bar grille sunshades, louver sunshade, perforated metal sunshades, grilles & screens, architectural grilles, architectural screens, louvers, perforated metal and plastic fabrication.
Salary Range: $40K - $60K per yr.
