Exercise full and concurrent authority with the Chief in the planning, supervision, management, direction, and review of all policies, programs, and operations involving the functions of the Division, to include supervision and inspection, project management, quality assurance, construction management, contract administration, office engineer, hazards/toxic remediation, emergency management and field offices
