Candidates should have a minimum years of bridge and structural engineering experience, have the ability to lead structural tasks on projects, possess good interpersonal skills, which includes managing a staff of over 20 employees, and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate shall have hands-on design/production experience in preparing PS&E packages for highway and railroad bridge projects. Extensive experience of standards and procedures is a must. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structures. Pennsylvania Professional Engineering Registration (PE) is required.
