This position will be responsible for the development and management of quality commercial loan and deposit growth. Prime focus will be working with businesses/individuals to develop solutions for their commercial banking needs. Duties include the analysis of relevant financial data, negotiation and documentation of commercial loans consistent with credit standards. Must be self-motivated with demonstrated business development skills and the ability to cross-sell banking and other financial services products effectively. Requires professional and community involvement to increase the Bank's visibility, as well as for business and personal development. External candidate currently under consideration. Required Skills Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant area or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years commercial lending experience required. Strong credit skills, proven sales track record and excellent business development ability required. Successful candidate must be comfortable initiating contacts and developing relationships.
