THE POSITION The IT Sourcing and Finance Manager will develop, support and implement the County\'s Information Technology (IT) sourcing strategy. This role involves the specification, assessment, selection, negotiation, and contract completion with provider(s) to enable CEO/IT to meet its objectives in supporting the County and its agencies. This position will oversee the implementation and transition activities specified in sourcing agreements and act as the relationship manager with the provider(s). The IT Sourcing and Finance Manager will build a service management structure to manage ongoing delivery to ensure that services are delivered in a timely fashion at agreed-upon service levels. This role is also responsible for creating and managing a centralized contract file, determining contractual and financial exposure, and negotiating contracts and project work orders. This position will oversee the Finance, Budget and procurement functions for CEO-IT responsible for rate and budget development, cost recovery, and IT related procurement activities.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES The IT Sourcing and Finance Manager will manage the County's activities in developing an IT sourcing strategy and mange Finance, Accounting, and Procurement functions
