Job Description:
Responsibilities Using historical data to provide IT work estimates around resources, hours, and schedules, both quickly and accurately Review of closed projects to validate and update IT work estimation process Serving as the single point of communication around estimation requests and status to IT and Lash leadership Working the Lash leadership to prioritize project work Creating weekly visibility into project status, as well as resource and scheduling metrics of individual projects and project groups Leveraging MS Project Server for global views and what-if analysis into IT work Creating weekly executive dashboards, with supporting drill down metrics on the IT business Fostering relationships within an IT organization and with leaders of other business units across the company. Participating with budgetary and quarterly planning processes and strategic planning initiatives. Communicates with executives throughout Lash. Performs other related duties of a comparable level/type as required. Experience and Education Requirements Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education
