Reports to: Manager Job Description: Overall responsibility: Cash Manager I is responsible for all transactional accounting functions as well as developing the yearly cash plan. The position is also responsible for creating short and long term cash forecasts and reporting results and providing variance analysis against both. Responsibilities to Include: The management and oversight of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Payroll and Travel and Expense as well as all cash planning and forecasting activities. Also, interface with internal/external auditors (Textron Audit Services, Ernst & Young, DCAA) and ensure timely delivery of all compliance documentation. Education: BS – 7+ years experience; MS – 5+ years experience Position Requirements: Highly degree of proficiency of knowledge of accounting principles High degree of expertise in Excel and proficient in PowerPoint and Word High degree of flexibility and commitment to meet deadlines Superior work ethic Provide leadership in areas of audits and compliance Proficiency in communication to a wide audience Exceptional analytical skills License and Certification: This position requires use of information which is subject to the International.
