Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly external financial statements and internal operational reporting. Review appropriate variance explanations thereon and highlighting issues to senior finance management; ensure timeliness of reporting Prepare and review audit schedules Review of analyses and special reports to enable management to monitor performance and offer suggestions for improvement Supervise general ledger maintenance; prepare, approve and post journal entries Responsible for managing projects with the Controller Assist in creation and refinement of operational reports. Assist/maintain internal controls Research technical Accounting issues as necessary Special projects 4 years of experience with at least 2 years experience in public accounting Bachelors degree required Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of management. SAP or SAP Business One experience preferred but not necessary Intermediate excel knowledge preferred.
