Job Summary: Candidate will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing film-related distribution, acquisition and financing deals. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Work within a team to analyze acquisition, production, co-financing and distribution deals for exploitation of company's film, television and video assets. Participate in maintaining company business plan (including film and video ultimates) and manage annual planning and budgeting process, including analyzing forecast to actual results. Assist in the preparation of board and investor presentations. Assist in administration of covenant tests under company debt facility. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis of new business ideas. Required Qualification/Skills: BS or BA degree from a top-tier college/university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. Familiarity with building complex models. Ability to independently manage multiple projects. Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior management and external parties is essential. Aptitude to work collaboratively across different departments. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and solid attention to detail. Proficiency in MS programs, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Desired Qualification/Skills: MBA preferred with previous experience working in a finance role within an entertainment or media company. Basic knowledge of accounting principals associated with the film business is a plus.
