Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Queue /Account Management
• Maintaining and Managing Individual account queues
• Contacting repossession customers to resolve delinquent accounts
• Implementing effective queue strategies to maximize effectiveness and minimize losses
• Overarching objective- avoid repossession of collateral
Skip Tracing:
• Utilizing skip tracing tools to locate customers successfully
• Building vendor relationships
• Contacting references and other resources to locate both our customer and the collateral

Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision- making skills
• High degree of flexibility
• Ability to resolve escalated customer issues
• Professional Demeanor
• Collections or call center experience
Shift will require you to work a Saturday or a Sunday
