Job Description:
Responsible for production on a daily basis. Reports results to Director of Operations. Utilize Integrated Process Management to track and audit plant processes. Provide leadership and coaching to workforce in all aspects, including safety, IPM, cost controls, employee relations, sanitation and production. Continuous improvement of processes and work conditions. JOB RESPONSIBLILITIES: Manage staffing schedule to meet production needs each shift Review production reports to ensure employees are adhering to standard operating procedures. Drive quality improvement and process waste elimination initiatives through functional team leadership. Supervise team of hourly employees. Position Requirements BS degree is preferred. Four years work experience in a baking or manufacturing environment is required including at least two years leadership experience. Food manufacturing experience is preferred.
