Job Description:
Production Supervisor, you will assist with scheduling, supervision of team members as well as with the day-to-day flow of the department. Additionally you will maintain attractive Bakery displays and support the regional Bakery vision. Your role will include working closely with the Bakery Team Leader (Dept Manager) and Associate Team Leader(s)(Assistant Dept Manager) to ensure smooth operation of the Bakery Team. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members. What makes you whole? Responsibilities & Qualifications Duties: 1. Ensure excellent customer service. 2. Create & ensure quality and freshness, consistency in quantity and quality, rotation of product. 3. Be an active and participating member in daily operations of team, including cleaning duties. 4. Create great morale- set the positive mood. 5. Payroll reporting, sick / late log, keep payroll in budget for bakers. 6. Process invoicing, purchase journals for baking productions. 7. Monitor loss and spoilage.
