Wednesday, Quality Assurance Manager - Food Manufacturing Must have prior Food Industry ExperienceSummary: Ensure the highest level of manufacturing food safety standards through effective implementation and continuous development of documented programs. Ensure the production of quality products per defined specifications. Aid the establishment & facilitation of the Company's culture of total quality & food safety management. Supervise, coach, train and develop Company's quality & food safety teams through continuous improvement to governing programs outlining facility processes and procedures RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience/Food industry experience) and a minimum of five to eight years on hands-on manufacturing experience with supporting courses of problem solving, and training Ability to effectively develop subordinates through special training, coaching and exposure to new opportunities Computer Skill required to perform job functions Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Marel Quality orientation and high attention to detail Problem analysis and resolution Excellent Organizational skills Exhibits leadership qualities, with excellent oral and written communication skills Flexible Schedule Ability to multi-task and prioritize to changing situations Industry: Manufacturing Pay Rate: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
