Job Description:
We are now working with a burgeoning manufacturing company in their search for a Controller. This role will be part time for the first year or two and then transition into a full time position as the company grows. Responsibilities will include: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections, Payroll, General Ledger, preparation of financial statements, sales/use taxes, inventory tracking, and property taxes. The role would likely require 10-20 hours/week initially and then transition into a full-time role in the future. Skills: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, 2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in the manufacturing industry), strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff. CPA considered definite plus.
