Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for: 1) managing identification and disposition of excess and obsolete inventory 2) identifying the impact of manufacturing variances on performance and proactively initiating activities to minimize or eliminate any negative impact 3) ensure proper expense management within in operations departments 4) ensure compliance with targeted operational metrics; perform monthly financial analysis on operational performance 5) develop communications to the Executive Management Team on operating performance 6) drive the operational aspects of the planning process; and initiate 7) activity based costing. This is an individual who should have an ability to drive operational improvements grounded in financial and operational analysis. This will require proactive analyses and significant interaction with both finance and operations.
