We have a great opportunity available in our Austin office for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who wants to be part of a winning team. We are currently looking for a hands-on Sr. Project Manager - Municipal/Water Services to play a key a role in sales and municipal practice development. The responsibilities include: Serve as primary client contact for multiple projects in excess of $2,500,000 of construction costs. Establish relationships with new and existing clients. Secure profitable new work. Has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including contracting, negotiating, cost control, staffing, project delivery, and quality control. Actively manage client\'s budgets, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation. Satisfy client requirements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing water distribution and wastewater collection projects for cities and counties, drainage, roadway and other municipal disciplines or other relevant experience. Candidate must also have a successful track record of marketing municipal services. Project experience with Austin area municipalities, and counties preferred. Candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on and manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as the ability to effectively manage personnel, budgets, and client interaction. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, or related field plus 15 years of experience. Company Professional Engineer (PE) License required. Certification Required PE Working Environment Office
