Thursday, Teller Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly manages tellers and oversees all tellerline activities within the financial center. Coaches teller team to help growcustomer relationships by identifying opportunities and referring to theappropriate salesperson. Oversees daily staffing (including breaks and lunches),to minimize customer wait times and enhance service levels. Partners with otherjob family and business line employees to effectively serve our clients.Facilitates an environment that ensures teamwork within the teller team.Actively participates within the financial center team, daily financial centerhuddles, and team meetings to ensure that financial center goals are achieve.Manages Human Resources issues including hiring, discipline, and terminationwith service leaders. Coaches tellers and conducts reviews supported by serviceleaders.REQUIREMENTS: High school degree or equivalent required. years face-to-face customer service experience required. Related bankingexperience preferred. Demonstrated ability to strive for and obtain customersatisfaction. years of experience working as a teller or managementexperience preferred. Cash handling experience required. Effective communicationand interpersonal skills necessary. Ability to work both independently and in ateam environment. Must have a basic understanding of financial concepts such ascredits, debits, and cash handling. Must be willing to provide and receiveperformance feedback. Basic knowledge of Human Resources policy and proceduresincluding hiring and performance management preferred. Basic Internet skillsrequired. Ability to create, open, delete, and print emails. Must be able towork a flexible schedule that accommodates standard hours for retailoperation.eration.
