Thursday, WRS Relationship Manager I RESPONSIBILITIES: This Relationship Manager will provide retirementconsulting, technical support and presale marketing support for Alliance Partnerclients within WySTAR Global Retirement Solutions. Assist strategic clientrelationships with a view toward improving our common goal of selling qualifiedplans. Provide sales proposals, retirement plan document reviews, customizedallocation illustrations (using Pension Online) and RFP assistance withincommitted timeframe. Thoroughly review closing documents for sold plans, providecomplete information for operations concerning each plan sold and obtain missinginformation prior to moving plan to the Implementation group. Understand anddiscuss the features and services offered by each Alliance including theirProduct Definition and fee arrangement. Communicate the advantages anddifferences among the various types of qualified plans and allocation methods.Keep current with technical changes and aspects of the different types ofqualified plans Wachovia Retirement Services offers..REQUIREMENTS: This job requires a minimum 5 years financialservices industry experience. Minimum 3 years retirement services industryexperience within compliance, administration, marketing or client servicing.Undergraduate degree required. PowerPoint / Excel / WORD- intermediate skilllevel. The most successful candidate will have a strong accomplishment historywith the following:. Strong knowledge of 401K compliance issues and direct andrelevant experience with plan documents and rules and regulations. Candidatewill have demonstrated experience working through a variety of relevant clientservicing issues and be well organized and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.QKA/CRSP or similar designations preferred.
