HOURS: 40 Hours/Week, Monday-Sunday OFFICE HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, ACCORDING TO BUSINESS NEEDS Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of PC systems/applications Understanding of consumer and small business lending and investment products. Working Knowledge of the banking office operations/functions. Working knowledge of all banking office products. The incumbent should also be knowledgeable in the loan application process to include accepting applications, gathering any necessary information and processing any applicable documentation in order to successfully package a loan application. Excellent organizational/planning/project management skills. Ability to effectively manage time. Independent and self motivated. Detail oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Ability to make autonomous decisions. Ability to motivate, lead and manage the banking office staff to perform at an optimal level of efficiency and effectiveness. Negotiation skills. Working Conditions and/or Physical RequirementsAbility to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to operate a keyboard if required performing the essential job functions.Ability to read and interpret a document. Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department an undue hardship then the employee must be accommodated; hence, omitting lifting as a physical requirement.JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for assisting in the overall management of the Branch. Responsible for assisting in the development of profitable business relationships with clients in the market, organizing an effective sales team that delivers quality service, operating an efficient banking office while protecting the assets of the Bank and our clients, and training and developing staff. May also perform the duties of the Market Manager in his or her absence
