SALES AND SERVICE: Implement and ensure that the sales management process is consistently demonstrated to include daily line-ups and weekly sales meetings. Establish sales goals for each branch sales associate. Ensure that all sales team members have a call plan, which includes outbound calls to prospects and existing clients. Track and record progress towards achieving goals. Ensure quality and integrity of the sales process. Identify and refer prospective customers to specialized business partners. Business development of market area through proactive sales calls and networking. Responsible for ensuring that all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner per required customer service standards. Monitor service feedback to ensure that expected service standards are met. Maintain an above average customer service quality as reported by Mystery shops and customer service measurement tools. Develop and outbound calling plan including preplanning, prospecting, scheduling appointments with 60% of the time spent outside the branch facility. Profile customer and prospect needs in order to identify and meet out customers' needs. Ensure branch merchandising materials are current. STAFF DEVELOPMENT: Create a plan of action for each team member to develop skill sets aligned with performance standards. Coach staff members on effective sales and service techniques. Develop action plans to enable employees to achieve goals. Recognizes and reinforces sales and service performance that is reaching or exceeding goals. Identify training needs of staff members and schedule appropriate training
