QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.-5+ years relevant branch operations and/or sales experience or successful completion of the corporate Retail Leadership Development Program. Branch Sales Manager or related managerial experience a plus.-Trained in and applies effective sales techniques. Proven sales and negotiations experience. Understands sales management processes.-Experience in penetrating the market and growing market share.-Thoroughly knowledgeable on platform and teller operations.-Thoroughly knowledgeable on banks¿ products and delivery channels.-Possesses excellent negotiation and sales skills.-Effective customer and public relation skills.-Good platform presentation skills with strong business acumen.-Effective leadership, management, coaching, presentation and training skills.-Effective problem solving and program management skills.-Excellent customer service skills.-Excellent oral and written communication skills.-Skilled in applicable computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. -Knowledgeable on the Internet / Intranet in order to obtain resource material and execute work duties.REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES:-Accountable for maximizing branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction. Has a personal sales goal.-Accountable for controlling branch expenses such has personnel expenses, operating losses, supplies, fee waivers, exception pricing and bad debt as a result of loan exceptions.-Responsible for Small Business Loans up to $100,000.-Focus on sales activities both inside and outside of the branch. Maintain and develop relationships with existing small business customers. Conduct cold calls on prospective small business customers.-Deploy resources to optimize individual and team performance
