Detailed Description Reporting to Director, Financial Analysis & Planning provide direct analytical support to Marketing. -Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis on a monthly and annual basis for marketing spend -Prepare and review monthly accruals and forecast marketing spend for direct business lines and central marketing are a . -Manage process to ensure Marketing Managers do not exceed their quarterly spend target. -Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis on a monthly and annual basis for account metrics -Oversee the monthly and quarterly metrics reporting process for internal and external report. -Manage staff. Job Requirements -Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner. -Strong analytical and quantitative skills. -Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment. -Develop presentations and analytical material to be presented to senior management. -Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills with experience in Excel. -Working knowledge of Hyperion. -Good communication and interpersonal skills -Position requires Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related plus four years of experience in financial analyst-related position.
