Description Job Summary and Mission:As a Client Relationship Manager you serve as the primary HR partner for a group of line clients within Regional Chief Operations Office. Key responsibilities: Provide a host of CRM services to include employee relations, training, Core Process, Talent management, coaching, performance management and compliance. Serve as a trusted advisor to all clients on career development, conflict resolution, organizational planning and performance measurement and management. Serve as a primary liaison with Employment Legal, Management and employees in the negotiation of separation agreements. Partner with functional specialists to implement key HR initiatives and to counsel employees. Conduct exit interviews; help facilitate all processes to ensure compliance with federal, state and local law as well as Regulatory statutes
