Description: Robert Half has teamed up with one of our major healthcare clients in the Companypolis area to recruit for a Manager to lead the accounting functions associated with mergers and acquisitions. The role will assist the Corporate Controller in planning, directing, and overall operation of the area to include ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems relating to merger/integration and planning. This position is principally responsible for the accounting for certain consolidated activities and providing guidance to management on the appropriate application of GAAP.
