Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Position will report to the V.P of Finance. You will be responsible for cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and assisting in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets along with general strategic/business development models. The role will have a profound impact on the strategic direction of the organization. Requirements include a 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis role with heavy modeling. Real-Estate experience is preferred along with an advanced degree and Business Objects experience. Salary is up to 120K a year plus excellent benefits and bonus.
