They are headquartered on the East Coast and have an immediate opening for a new Manager of Program Finance in their Montgomery County location. Responsibilities include:- Plans and assigns staff for given projects or tasks. Prepare and direct the implementation of cost accounting methods and activities. Oversees the cost control systems, manage / interpret cost, and prepare reports for senior management Assist the Program Managers in tracking actual costs and forecasted costs to the program plans, Prepare variance analyses, and suggest mitigation strategies. Track earned value on large programs. Assist in the preparation of required reports for DCAA and other government agencies Preparation of cost volume for bid proposals, including generating BOEs for labor and ODCs.
