The Credit Risk Manager will also be responsible for managing a group of 3 Senior Credit Analysts. This is a very high profile position, working directly and communicating regularly with our joint venture trading company, based in Company City. This trading entity focuses exclusively in the energy markets. The successful incumbent will be able to build strategic working relationships with high level senior management. Job responsibilities: Ensure that there is daily maintenance of the credit risk system. Provide daily monitoring, preparation and analysis of exposure reports. Provide real-time credit analysis and approvals for short-term and long-term transactions. Analyze counterparties financial statements to determine creditworthiness. Determine and monitor counterparty credit limits. Extensive interaction with the trading desk and senior level management. Assist in securing and monitor counterparty credit assurances.
