Job Status Full Time Job Description The Commercial Lending Process Improvement Director will assist in improving the profitability of Commercial Banking as it relates to lending. The Process Improvement group will review all significant lending investments under consideration by the Commercial Bank, and recommend appropriate action by senior management. The group also targets and helps deliver lending profit improvement opportunities. In addition, they support the business unit by advising them on initiatives needed to improve overall performance and by providing process improvement assistance to all relevant projects
