Our client, a growing company in the oil and gas exploration and production industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join its team for a challenging full-time opportunity. The CFO will work closely with the venture capital firms invested in the company and will be a key player in future acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with investors and investment institutions, generating investment dollars, handling SEC filings and managing all accounting and finance functions. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including 5+ years in a management capacity; SEC reporting experience; and 3+ years in the oil and gas industry.
