Description: A very well-networked and integral community service organization serving all of Company is seeking a Chief Finance Officer with a solid background in Operations Management to compliment their Financial Expertise. This role is newly created due to the massive and quick expansion by the organization within the last 2 years. Must Have Qualifications: The appropriate candidate will be very well versed in Finance, Operations, and Program Review/ Restructuring in a Non-Profit environment. A minimum of 10 years progressive experience in Finance Management. A thorough understanding of FP&A practices. Impeccable forecasting and budgeting abilities. Enjoy a public role. This individual will often serve as liaison between the organization and their public funding sources. An understanding of grant financing and accounting principals. This key position will be accountable for the overall success of the Agency and it's mission: To strengthen families, their members and the communities in which they live. The Chief Operating Officer will provide leadership, management and vision to support the organization's day-to-day operations. They will be responsible for the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Attention is to be given to program and system development.
