Job Description:
Responsibilities: Serve as the principle person in the development of training curricula; Serve as FITA's principle trainer for staff and organizational development trainings; Provide quality assurance of FITA's training staff/activities; Provide organizational needs assessments and provide 1-on-1 technical assistance; Assist the Director in developing new training programs that can be marketed to existing and new clients; Serve as the principle person in the development of E-Learning curricula and platforms; Staff supervision Skills Required Masters Degree in Adult Education, Public Health, Human Services, Distance Learning or related field, required. Three-five years of experience conducting a variety of group level trainings to adults of varying educational backgrounds, conducting training of trainers/facilitators; conducting training related to outcomes evaluation; incorporating behavioral science and/or adult learning theory in the development of training programs; non-profit program development; direct supervision of staff; and experience in providing quality assurance. Experience in non-profit or social service field required Master trainer Strong communication, presentation and supervision skills Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and database programs such as Excel/Access Strong knowledge of on-line learning management systems and web-based training Strong knowledge of statistical analysis packages such as SPSS and SAS, preferred Excellent writing skills Bilingual preferred (Spanish) A good sense of humor!
