Job Description:
Regional Operations consistent with the Scott and White mission, vision and values. You will also establish an integrated approach to managing talent and coach business and physician leaders, providing assistance with resolution of Human Resources issues. Develop, implement and coordinate complimentary policies and programs covering several of the following: employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, placement, safety and health, benefits and employee services. Manage regional HR operations staff and budget. You will have financial and supervisory responsibility for staffing, work assignments, hiring/termination, performance reviews, orientation, and professional development.Requires a Bachelor\'s degree (e.g., BA, BS, BSN, BSW) in Human Resources or a related business field; Master\'s degree preferred. You will also need PHR certification; SPHR certification is preferred. Five to seven years experience in an HR management role is necessary. Must have strong communication/interpersonal skills, and understanding of HR laws and regulations and demonstrated organizational and strategic planning skills.
