Manages the development and implementation of programs related to various firm wide people initiatives. Performs as a project manager on medium to large projects, which may include: initiating and defining, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the project life cycle. Requirements 5-7 years of project management skills: managing multiple projects and tasks through completion Demonstrated leadership potential Strong facilitation and presentation skills Supervisory skills Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills Professionalism: requires diplomacy, confidentiality, and confidence in dealing with sensitive information High level of organizational skills, including great attention to detail and accuracy Self-confident: must be able to work with varying levels of clients Assertive and proactive: takes initiative to complete tasks; anticipates client needs; and makes recommendations for process improvements Ability to pull resources together and be able to see the big picture Client service focus EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor\'s Degree in human resources, education, organizational development or related field, plus 5 - 7 years related experience Prefer candidates with experience in a professional services organization Ideal candidate will possess some level of previous experience in a variety of human resources areas
