Job Title: Payroll Supervisor Location: Field Support Services Reports To: Human Resource Director Summary: Responsible for the management of all payroll compensation, analysis and reporting. Supervise and review payroll administrator assignments for accuracy and completion within payroll deadlines. Maintain data integrity between HRIS and ADP payroll software. Communicate with IT on critical system support issues. Respond to escalated employee payroll concerns. Ensure timely reporting of accurate payroll information to the accounting department and CFO. Follow compliance with state and federal tax laws. Understand payroll related policies and procedures as well as developing new policies as needed. Ability to keep all payroll and Human Resource information confidential. Possess a strong sense of urgency and proactive approach
