Job Description:
Responsible for organizing and leading a cross functional team in developing and implementing project deliverables. Provides task direction to project staff and suppliers/vendors when appropriate. Prepares, participates and responds to project reviews. Performs at a professional level with some management direction and provides leadership to project stakeholders and team. This includes management of other members of the team. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in related field required/preferred. PMI sanctioned certification a plus.Approximately 7 or more years of experience in Information Services, Application Development/Support or other related field. Approximately 3 years in the project management role, leading application development teams. Payroll and/or HR applications or financial applications experience strongly desired. Additional experience in Payroll and HR business processes, Taxes, Pension processing a plus. Knowledge of PMI process groups: Initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing. Ability to use AS Project Management process and methodologies. Understand Applications Services resources, priorities, and policies and demonstrates ability to apply this understanding to project activities. Professional knowledge of market segment, industry, technology, and discipline trends
