Your supervisory controls consist of broad general policies established for the accomplishment of the mission of Department of the Army (DA), National Guard Bureau (NGB), Army National Guard (ARNG), the ARNG G-1, and the Chief, Strength Maintenance Division. Work under the supervision of the Chief, Strength Maintenance Division, who provides direction on policies and services to be developed and methods of operations to be established
