CNC Setup / Operator
They are an old and well established company but have experienced explosive growth in the last couple of years, so the chances for promotion and leadership roles are very good. One of the things they are looking for in a new employee is someone that has potential to develop into a leadership / supervisory / management type role.

The longer you stay with the company, and as your pay increases, your percentage of ownership becomes greater and vested. There is also optional overtime paid at 1 1/2 the normal rate. The average employee works about 50 hours a week, so the earning potential is great for those volunteering for the optional overtime. Also the benefits are outstanding with a 401(k) retirement program, Production Bonuses, and Quarterly Bonuses.
Job Requirements:
They have high-end, state-of-the-art mills and lathes. Some of the machine tools at the facilities include: Doosan, Mazak, Citizen, Brown and Sharp Automatics, Swiss Turn Machines, Brother CNC Machining Centers, Daewoo, Okuma, Takisawa, Eurotech, Hardings, and others.
